Really disappointed by the service. A product was faulty, which I bought in good faith, I couldn't complete a job. Came to return the item, only to find it wasn't in stock. I asked if they could deliver to site free of charge the following day (which I thought was reasonable), due to me having to come to the store to return the faulty item. They declined. Now in total Ive wasted an hour driving there trying to get it sorted. Screwfix is closer I may start using them in future.

Went in to try and find a part I needed - unfortunately they didn't have it (nowhere does - they don't seem to exist anymore!), but the gentleman behind the counter very helpfully looked it up online and was able to give me a couple of good leads for alternatives. Thank you!

Use very often, all the staff are very helpful and polite, Nick on this occasion was great and very patient while looking for an item, when noted didnt have anything in stock helped come up with a solution, ?? would highly recommend

Popped in for some parts, didn't have them in stock (supply issues etc). Good friendly service by Gary who tried his best to help but I had to shop elsewhere in the end, but will be back!

Put an on-line order in for a battery charger. Amazed. Had it delivered 1 and 1/2 hours later. FANTASTIC service.Went in today to place an order. In and out with Covid restrictions in place. 5 mins flat. 10 out of 10. Clifton Moor branch.
