The young lady was very helpful and I got what I wanted. What I was not happy about was the phone did not come with a plug to charge the phone only a lead, this upset had nothing to do with the 3 shop this is Samsung's very poor customer service. And may I add the plugs are well over priced ?

Got a new phone and purchased a phone case as an extra. Didn't end up even opening the box so came to return it 3 days later to be told there is no returns. There is no sign anywhere saying that and when buying a £30 case bo one said it can't be returned . New in the box never been opened. Feel completely scamed! You should make people aware that you can't return anything!

My experience here makes me want to leave Three, but i will say this,i have been with Three for over 15 years and never had once an issue with this store or the company,i went into the store yesterday (sun 22nd) to get an upgrade and was served by jon,i choose the new phone etc but i was not aware i needed photo ID so i went back home to get it.on my return i was served by a trainee as jon,who originally dealt with my new contract only a hour or so before was busy with another customer,the trainees name was Ben,he went through the paperwork and this included me choosing a colour of handset i wanted so chose grey,i noticed on the paperwork it said green but i was not really fussed about that,when it was finalised i was told by Ben that this green one was out of stock and was i ok with it been delivered to the house,considering i had made the effort to go back home and get ID i thought its pretty obvious i wanted a phone while in store or i would have just ordered one online! why was this not made clear from the start that the green hand set was not in stock? and i would have to choose black handset! so this meant the store had to cancel my contract id just took out in order to have the black handset and was told this can take up to an hr sometimes longer,funny that considering it takes minutes to take out a new contract! so,this meant hanging about in town,and with bringing the car it meant having to put more moneyon for parking etc,I also was wanting to get all my photos etc transferred across to the new handset,so nearly 2 hrs later i rang the store and asked jon how much longer this was going to take and if it would be finished before the store closed and he said yes it should be, heard nothing again so i called again and the cancellation was not completed before the store closed,so by now i am not very happy about all thisso monday the next day(23rd) im back in the store and got served by jon as i waited for him to finish with a customer,so it turns out i still could not get my phone as i had not brought my photo ID because this time I took it out my bag this morning, thinking as the store took a copy of the ID yesterday i would not need to bring it again! so i have these questions1 why would i need ID again for a different colour handset??!! THE PHONE AND CONTRACT WAS THE SAME AS YESTERDAY???!!!!!2 where was my courtesy call this morning? just to let me know by word of mouth that my cancellation had gone through3 jon maybe should have passed that customer he was serving as i went back into the store,over to another colleague because lets face it that would have been great 5 star customer service for the inconvenience of having to cancel my contract because a trainee failed to mention the green handset was out of stock!!4 been passed over to a trainee for same reasons as above!5 there is zero communication in this store and to be honest im struggling to work if the whole thing is Three as a company or this particular shop!! i stormed out the store very angry,upset and so disappointed! absolutely ridiculous!!!

Had an excellent experience getting a new phone with these guys, they make it simple and offer great deals to existing customers.Staff are all really patient and friendly and have to deal with a lot.However the process takes a hell of a long time, I think we were in there for about 3 hours just waiting.Not sure if this is the standard across the board however.

We popped into store earlier today, because we didn't really get on with customer services over the phone last night. When we came out of the store, we looked at eachother and both said the same thing; "now THAT was customer service". Please pass on our thanks to your Assistant Manager, Remi. She was so great; you really don't get that sort of service very often nowadays. Quick, efficient, helpful, cheerful.

I had a great experience with Remi. Every time I go in store I am amazed by the quality of customer service: no matter how busy it is, the staff will handle everything professionally and with a smile, thank you.

My wife and I went to check the offers and Jon did welcome us. He was very kind and friendly. He literally amazed us with his knowledge and experience. He is not only care about the company's interests, but also cares about the customer's interests. We bought phone with contract for my wife and I switched to 3 from another operator. And we both are really happy thanks to Jon.

Had a new phone delivered by three and asked in your York branch if i could have it programmed from my old phone.Oscar was very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble even when i went back the following day. Well done Oscar and many thanks .

Terrible company, constantly changing prices every month and not cancelling finished contracts. Stay away, use sky or ee instead.

Miss sold a phoneWent into store all I asked for was a good battery life and camera. Went with the recommended phone after 2 hours im now on 20% battery life. I have spoken to the chat support team and unfortunately I am unable to cancel my contract even though I have been miss sold.
