even i finished my contract also they charged me 4 months for my device also even they did not send any emails when i called customer care they simply telling your contract finished if i finished my contract why they charging simply disconnect my number i don?t think so choose this net work good for you and think about one more time if buying any product even i don?t wont give one star also but i don?t have any choice that?s why even this office only thinking about sale ,not for existing users and they will give simple one advice call customer care

I?m paying more than £33 for my SIM plan, and now I see the same plan for less and it shows me an option to upgrade online?but I can?t even upgrade or change the plan without paying one time payment of my full remaining contract length. Why?
I have two devices and plans with Three, and I?m paying almost double the price of a new customer offers. Even when I try to change or upgrade, I get nothing. You may gain one , is it good to lose the existing one??
At least give me the option to switch plans, even if the contract gets longer (Good for you).
Take as much as you can now?later you won?t get the chance. ???

The staff at this branch use deceptive and fraudulent methods just to make sales. I simply wanted to switch my prepaid SIM card to a postpaid plan. Instead, they opened two new numbers under my name without my consent and transferred my original number to another operator. Then, they told me to return to the branch after three days to switch back to Three. This branch deceives people and acts dishonestly. I strongly recommend staying away.

Today, I wanted to switch my prepaid plan to a contract. Without my knowledge, two new contracts were opened, and my current number was transferred to Vodafone. Then, after three days, I was told to come back and switch it back to Three. They are misleading customers to make sales. This kind of practice is absolutely unacceptable.

Long queue with limited queuing space if it's busy?, but staff were very helpful. Remi in particular was extremely friendly and assisted me with recycling some old phones.

Very poor. Tried to sell me a product I didn't ask for or need and the product they did sell me was not fit for purpose. Ended up going to the Wakefield store and a different story alltogether got great service and saved me money.

Tried to get a SIM card for my disabled brother, I was told over the phone they needed verification off him for it to go ahead and a phone call would be acceptable , when we saw my brother he told them it was fine for me to deal with it , I was then told that wasn't good enough and we had to go into the store with photo ID, we drove into York , my husband took him in with his photo ID, which was on his disability card, only to be told they couldn't use that, it had to be a driver's license ,which he clearly wouldn't have, or a pass port.
We were then given a number to ring to sort it out, exit two annoyed ,frustrated people?
My husband felt the poor lady who he spoke to was embarrassed about the situation and the manager lacked any real interest in helping resolve the problem.
