Came here today and it was brilliant! The set out (and smell) of the shop is absolutely beautiful. We wanted a bit of help and Debbie who works there couldn?t have been more helpful, so nice with us and sorted bits out for us. Didn?t catch the name of the other lady that helped us but she was lovely also! Fab service. Will definitely return!

Ordered online they promised delivery between 5 and 7 days, they even sent an email shortly after purchase saying goods were on their way. Five days later the courier had still not received them. Tried calling WC several times, but after waiting nearly an hour each time gave up. Never again.

Rude staff who just stare as you as you walk in instead of providing a greeting, then proceed to continue their conversation between themselves. No cash payments being taken, only card which is not helpful to many people. Was considering purchasing a gift set from there, changed my mind due to the matters above, Molton Brown are 100% better at customer service.

Lovely store. Everything is presented beautifully with plenty of space to have a real browse. There is usually at least one member of staff near the door, who always greets with a smile and 'hello'. The staff are fabulous; very helpful and always incredibly friendly, I really cannot fault them. I always enjoy visiting this store and it makes for a wonderful shopping experience.

Nice store with a good selection of duvets,pillows,pajamas,and bathroom towels. The prices are a bit high for the quality of some products. I bought a knit blanket that continues to ?shed? blanket fluff on a daily basis, not what I?d expect for over 100.00
