Very high prices. Condition isn't all great. Maybe if things were ironed and washed before selling then the prices would be fair. Management needs to take notice. We walked in for 2 minutes and overhead other people complaining about prices.Simple method: price low, turnover stock, keep the cash flowing. You get free stock daily. If the rails are full, do a sale.

Got an pair of Doc Martens that seemed brand new but a fraction of the price they would normally have been sold for. Staff very friendly and accommodating too!

Great shop / staff

Had an unpleasant experience in this shop earlier: made an enquiry as to whether I could refund an unsuitable purchase and was rudely told there was no refunds unless item is faulty. There is nothing displaying this policy so I questioned this. The assistant was challenging and hostile, along with two other young women standing smirking at the till. As I turned to leave, there was a comment passed and they started laughing. As someone who has supported this shop for years, I will no longer be going in or donating goods.Customer Service? I don't think so.

I always donate to this shop and only this shop as I feel they don't get enough support, hence some of the higher prices. They are great staff doing a great job always in touch with those who want to stay in touch. Always helpful and kind.

Awfully high prices for second hand items

This shop has turned into a designer shop with crazy designer prices. I love to spend my money in charity shops but just not at high street prices. I have shopped here for many years and now all of a sudden the prices are sky high and the same clothes are on the rails week in week out. Hope this can change.

Now I know this is a charity shop & it's sole purpose is to raise money, but where these guy's get there pricing from I don't know e.g£650 for a longines gold watch£120 for a leather coatThese items are available for sale today as of 22/4/17I don't expect high end items for sale at 20p each, but £650 for a donated watch is tantamount to theftI won't be returning in a hurry
