We had Sunday Lunch at The Half Moon & it was lovely, really tasty, nicely presented & a good portion size. We all really enjoyed it & will most definitely will be back for another! Thankyou to the lovely team for making us so welcome too ??

Had the best ever Sunday lunch! Quality and quantity! Loads of tender tasty beef and vegetables. Just a great plateful of good food. Will definitely come here again when we are in the area. Staff really friendly and helpful. Top class. Didn't take photos because we just dug in.

Amazing burger! The sourdough bread bun is the best type of bread bun I?ve ever had. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food came promptly and was a 10/10.
The menu is on the expensive side but with rising costs for businesses nowadays, I definitely think the food quality was a good reflection of the price. There?s chains that would charge more for a worse quality burger!
Definitely worth a visit!

Sunday lunch was out of this world. Loads of juicy tender beef on the plate, gorgeous cauliflower cheese, tasty gravy and lovely Yorkshire pudding. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable and staff super friendly

Monday lunch ? nice atmosphere for two friends wanting to chat , senior citizens menu , was ample fish & chips were scrumptious, loved the chips especially ! The service was excellent & a really good atmosphere ??????????

Great local pub, very friendly clientele all the football matches, and a good selection of drinks - can't go wrong.

Only stopped in by chance and initially only for a drink. Ended up staying for a late lunch, excellent pub food, good value and friendly staff.

I highly recommend a visit to The Half Moon Inn. The pub offers three cask ales, various lagers?including Beavertown Neck Oil?and hundreds of gins to choose from. The lounge bar provides a comfortable setting with a pleasant ambiance, while the large public bar at the rear features a pool table, darts board, and three large TVs for sports events. The menu includes an excellent selection of food, and there's also a pizza van in the beer garden with takeaway available. The beer garden is a great space for families, equipped with various contraptions for kids to play on, and there's a covered area in case it rains. The pub has a strong community spirit, driven by the management team, Sam and her partner Kenny. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
