We had Sunday Lunch at The Half Moon & it was lovely, really tasty, nicely presented & a good portion size. We all really enjoyed it & will most definitely will be back for another! Thankyou to the lovely team for making us so welcome too ❤️
A friendly village pub set in the heart of Strensall, York. Great homecooked food is served Mon Tues & Wed 5.30pm - 8pm. Sunday roasts 12 - 4pm. IL MEZZA LUNA, our Pizza horse box is open Fri & Sun from 6 - 9pm, serving fresh pizza to eat in or takeaway. A good selection of alcohol-free drinks are available, including hot drinks to drink in or takeaway. There is both TNT and Sky Sports showing over 4 TV's in the back sports bar. Or you can sit and relax in our cosy front lounge with one of our guest ales (Cask Marque accredited). We have a huge beer garden, with 2 under cover seating areas and secure childrens play area. Dogs are more than welcome in the back bar - water bowls, treats and belly rubs all available.
