Outstanding attention to detail and service from the team at the beauty lab. The team always go over and above and you're made to feel so welcome! Lisa's knowledge of skincare is second to none and she has educated me on what works best for my skin concerns and how to manage any stress flare ups. She's always incredibly honest and wants the best for me with my treatments. It's never an up sell, it's a genuine interest in you as a person and your treatments are tailored to you. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

Visited the salon for a clarity facial after having problematic skin and needing a good cleanse! The treatment was incredible; I felt so relaxed and I've also left with so much knowledge and tips on how to help my skin! So thank you so much. I've left feeling confident and revitalised! Amazing! The most stunning salon, serene and relaxing and Lisa was just fantastic. A complete gem. I had a facial, brows and gorgeous french nails done and I left feeling completely refreshed - like a new person! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert recommendations for my skin concerns making me feel so at ease. Lisa was so helpful, working around my hectic work schedule to book in again whilst also making sure I got the timings just right for Christmas parties/New Years.
