I?ve just been in to the Tesco express ( Tuesday 4th October just before 7pm) and want to say a massive thank you to the young cashier who served me I?m partially sighted and find it difficult to go into a new store especially alone , but the cashier helped me with everything and didn?t complain or look annoyed but was so kind and smiling I would feel confident to go in again if they are all as kind and helpful as him so thank you whoever you are!

Clients queuing to checkouts not using self-checouts as not everyone knows how to use the modern ones. It might be beneficial for staff members to explain that and encourage customers this way to use them. Thank you.

What a social distancing nightmare this shop is. No clear policy to ensure that customers maintain social distancing regulations whilst doing their shopping. Customers brushing shoulders at less than one metres, no direction arrows or anything. This is the first supermarket I have been to since lockdown and to be honest it was a dreadful experience. There is a hand sanitisation station as you enter the shop and protective screens for counter staff but that's about it. This is a busy store but it certainly does not seem to be looking after the well being of its customers.

All staff here are great - especially Arron. Great customer service. Friendly & professional. He always seems happy to serve. For this reason I have made it my local!
