Brilliant pharmacy never had a problem. Fast collection of prescription and great care when needed a diagnosis and antibiotics

The older lady pharmacist was rude and unprofessional when I explained I needed certain tablets on my prescription that were very common. She insisted they had run out and had to wait for delivery. She asked me to come back another day. She was sarcastic and asked why I hadn't come earlier. I had already explained that I was there after work yesterday. Day before was bank holiday. I remained very polite and insisted I needed it. It was just before 6 pm
Ofcourse miraculously she was able to find those tablets and a few other tablets ready to pick up after I had finished shopping
I think pharmacists need to be trained in professional conduct and probity before expecting them to treat simple conditions
She obviously lied!

Awful. They don't send reminders to your phone when your prescription is due, or when it's ready to pick up. You try ring to find out if it is ready and they don't answer, I've had to go all bank holiday with no tablets, which I'm meant to take every day, now I have bad withdrawal symptoms and their phone still isn't connected, it's disgusting

One of the most inept pharmacies around.

Poor. Snail pace and short of staff. Had to wait nearly an hour on an emergency prescription and it wasn't even busy.

Such poor service, it's unbelievable. Turn up, medication out of stock, on back order, no text or call to inform you. Then turn up ten days later, oh we closed now for a hour in the middle of the day. No notice, warning etc....opening hours do not mention this at all. How can a Pharmacy, so large, close in middle of the day on a Thursday between 2:30-3:30PM?
These large companies totally abuse their market dominance, the staff attitude is terrible.

My son has bad asthma. His inhaler fell out of his pocket so went to get an emergency prescription.
He was treated like he shouldn't be getting an emergency prescription and staff were not polite.

Pharmacy staff are rude and condescending, I've only used this pharmacy for a couple emergency prescriptions in the past, and every time I've received unpleasant attitude from the staff. I have come today for the first time in a year and told to "not make a habit of it." Support a local pharmacy instead, as I do for routine prescriptions, it's not worth it here.

Some of the staff there have such a bad attitude, no need to speak to people the way they do. Have to order prescriptions at least a week in advance and if you even ask for it any sooner get nothing but snottiness. Switched to them because I thought it would be more convenient due to opening hours but changing back to local pharmacy as they are lovely and helpful!

Fabulous staff!!!

Used to be efficient when I first changed to them a few years back. Now they're pretty poor. You have to allow a full 7 days for turnaround of your prescription. You get a prescription for an acute problem and they STILL think you should wait 7 days to get it. There's no flexibility and they're generally unhelpful. Switching back to the small independent chemist who provided a 100% better service to me today.

A very busy pharmacy, the staff at times are impatient and unhelpful especially when needing meds urgently always been told its 5 days!! Meds are needed by some quickly, don't try ringing you'll either get an engaged tone or hung up on.Come on Tesco as you say every little helps so start helping.

At pharmacies and GP surgeries, there are signs on the counter saying, please be courteous to out staff.I'd like to point out, that, this works both ways, has wasn't the case today, Sat 29th April, when a member of staff at Tesco pharmacy was unhelpful and rude to my wife, who is a cancer patient, and through no fault of her own had to call 111 to obtain an emergency prescription to aid her breathing.Absolutely disgusting.

I had run out of my medication the tesco staff on duty on Friday morning 14th April couldn't have been more helpful in telling me what to do and how to go about it

Staff always helpful and polite. I just wish they published when their busy times are,as I've tried multiple times today to phone them fo see if my meds are ready, and also to give them my email address.
