Called in last week as my daughter and her partner were looking for carpets for two bedrooms. We were greeted by Shaz, who was welcoming but not pushy. After looking around for a while, we spoke to Shaz again. He is such a great advert for this store. Knowledgeable and gave great advice based on what they wanted the carpet for (one normal bedroom use, one used as an office). Everything sorted there and then. I usually hate having to deal with salespeople but Shaz was superb.I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to in this case.

From the first time going into Tapi carpets we were welcomed by a helpful assistant not pushy just perfect.On every occasion after that we always had such helpful staff including the estimater who came to measure up. Following that fantastic fitters.Can only recommend anyone to try Tapi at Clifton Moor.

Shop staff were professional, as was Sally who done my home visit to measure and look through samples with me!The carpet was of the highest quality and we love it. I've since been back for my bedroom carpet which again is excellent and I highly recommend Tapi for flooring.However 1 of the men (Adam) who laid my living room carpet moaned alot and was rude!Then he was booked by Tapi to lay my bedroom carpet and he was immensely rude before he entered my home, moaning about it being a friday and that he was asked to move a bed & a single wardrobe, which was previously arranged with Tapi due to my disability and that I'd only been discharged from hospital the day before the fitting!He shouted at me and then upset my 13 yr old daughter who hid in the bathroom, he then refused to lay the carpet, I asked him to bring it in my home and he drove off with my carpet! so I've given 4* due to the rudeness of that one fitter! 5* for the gentlemen who actually fitted my bedroom carpet for their professionalism, manners, helpfulness and smiles ?

Terrible customer service I would recommend taking your custom somewhere else bought Carpet and underlay and arranged fitting updated that our carpet had arrived at store two weeks prior to fitting date. Morning of fitting date phone call to say when fitter checked carpet there is not enough so will have to re order to cover hallway. Booked in refitting for the following week to finish the job advised will be contacted in the morning of fitting to give a time , however no phone call , contacted them again to be told sorry we?ve not booked it in for today as a good will gesture refunded £30 and promised they would attend Saturday morning without fail to finish the hallway off . They didn?t arrive until the afternoon. We had paid for fitting and removal of old carpet however after the fitters had left found old carpet and underlay placed down the side of our house outside . Rang to complain asking for contact left voicemail asking to contact back re the old carpet and underlay 4 days later still no contact . Very frustrating and absolutely terrible customer service. It appears once they have your money they could not care
