Had a pretty shit experience with one particular member of staff.
I was wanting advice on concealer shades and was talking to a staff member who happens to be a relative of mine - coming all the way from NZ I was really looking forward to getting makeup advice from this particular staff person because she was someone I know and someone who actually knows about all of the products she?s working with - but I had barely gotten more than 5 sentences out before another member of staff Libby came up and interrupted. Her attitude came across pretty snobby as she shoed away the girl I was talking to with her hands as if the girl I was talking to didn?t know what she was doing ¿
From what I got from the staff member I was talking to originally though she seemed to actually LISTEN to what I had to say and have some great suggestions!
Unsure if libby was the supervisor but I would never embarrass my own staff like tht literally in front of customers who was about to make a sale.. if you want to collaborate or work together on a problem SURE, but It felt as though she was just trying to poach customers or get rid of the girl I was talking to..I?m not sure.
She tried to ask how she could help better but I was already getting help.. I ended up leaving and purchasing nothing.
Just felt a bit off.
If this person is in management, might need to have a bit of a reflection?

Terrible customer service after paying for my stuff i said thank you to the lady didn?t even borth to look at me and a said it again maybe she didn?t hear me and still. Nothing couldnt look and me and she said nothing. I I?m not coming back avoiding coming there HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

I don't usually leave reviews; however, I experienced terrible customer service at the threading bar today. Unfortunately, the threading lady was very rude. For some reason, she thought it would be appropriate to comment on my thin patchy eyebrows, which I think was unprofessional and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning. It's a shame because she did a good job; however, she was just rude.
