Jamie made our subs today and watching him genuinely gave me energy. He genuinely makes my day every time I visit. Today he was singing along to the music and clearly enjoying what he was doing.

Ordered two sandwiches me and a friend, we was both very happy with the customer service received. He was willing to go the extra mile for us and the sandwiches tasted fresh and went down a treat. Best Subway experience I've had by far and every Subway needs a member of staff like this thank you very much ?

If I could give zero stars, I would! Imagine already having a disability which makes you feel less than, finally getting a tool (trained dog) to help tackle the world, and you can't even get a sandwich without being made to feel like a criminal! I genuinely hope these uneducated, ableist and discriminatory staff/owners take stock of this and be better people. Disgraceful

Being shouted at to get out with a service dog (which, by the way, is illegal under the Equality Act 2010) was the most horrifying experience. Especially after prepaying for food!!

Ordered a foot long sub, man who served me was polite. Clean and not too busy. Toilet was small however no issue with the hygiene.

Today 15/07/24 myself and my partner visited this store and were served by a very polite and chatty young man called Jake. He gave the best customer service experience I have had in years. He genuinely loves his job and is amazing at it. Thank you
