I've been to the store a few times and today I got my first jellycat. As always the owners are lovely, and the store is a dream. Shelves are packed full of little cuties. Always a lovely experience.

Brilliant experience!! It?s like an Aladdin?s cave of Jelly Cat cuddly toys and Steve was a brilliant help and very welcoming. Definitely recommend a visit!!!

I have read some of the reviews and can understand about the shop being quite cramped in terms of space, both in relation to cuddly toys and people! However, there was a lot of choice, I had time to browse and was made welcome by both the lady and the man when I came in. I purchased two gorgeous one of a kind teddy bears which were nicely packed for me, and I will definitely visit the shop again.

Extremely rude people that run the shop. The man in particular was very unpleasant and aggressive. The experience we had ruined our family day out and would never return. I have to give a 1 star review to be able to post which is a shame because they do not deserve anything.

Worse experience, been coming for years. Used to have a lovely experience in this shop and have bought many items over the years. The shop now is so full and cramped that I got wrongfully accused of stealing when I put my gloves in my pocket! Once the man realised he had made a mistake after embarrassing me in front of a full shop he didn't even apologise so rude I will NEVER be coming back to this shop again.

Asked to leave yesterday as prams not allowed in store apparently!Is this a Christmas rule? Never ever had any issue before as a local. Woman was super rude and shooed me out of the door! No notice in the window or anything to warn shoppers. Seems silly that a toy shop has a no pram rule at this time of year!

I wanted to take my little boy to choose a teddy as a Christmas gift, unfortunately we were bluntly turned away at the door as he was in a pushchair. Think it?s really unfair to have lots of lovely teddies on display in the windows and then refuse entry of young children in prams. Apparently the shop is ?too small for prams at the moment?. I won?t be returning with or without a pram, not a very welcoming environment at all. I?m aware that teddies and collectible soft toys have a wide audience but primarily they are made for children, so was really disappointed to be turned away
