Sterling souvenirs York city center.when I enter a store of souvenirs I?d love to find what I really need as a memory gift to take back home, many stores have members of staff ice cold , this particular has a magic person called Iveta , wherever she is from , you can see and feel how professional she is, works and assists customers in there needs.the way she talks is fantastic and the way she serves also which makes you feel more and more to purchase any product as souvenir for your family.I want to say that if every store had a person like Iveta then the business would go gold.Thank you Iveta for your kindness, service and was great to buy from the store, god bless you and and have a great Xmas. I love this store so much that it contains all the accessories and clothes you need. He has respectable workers and they provide me with everything I need and help me. I hope you will visit the store, it is wonderful, and I want to thank the employee, iveta, for doing a great and respectful job.

I chose 3 fridge magnets from the "3 for £5" display. Tried to charge me £7.99 at the till. I told them they were wrong, and showed the staff member where I got them from. He told me the price sign was incorrect, and there was a sign missing blah blah blah. Said, ok then I wont bother. Walked out to him shouting, you can have them for £5. No thanks. You tried to pull a fast one. I wasnt even bothered about the extra couple of quid, but I do not like to be ripped off.

Best souvenir shop in York. Young lady who works there is so nice and helpful. Souvenirs are for amazing price as well.

I noticed other members of the public walk in without masks but I was the one questioned and the lady was rude. I was also asked why my 2 young children weren't wearing masks. Would never go back
