“Super helpful staff. Got a gift card from work a while back which could be spent at Rymans and decided to get a Cross Bailey fountain pen. The dude at the till was so helpful in running around trying to find one of the pens in the back, let me look at both colours. I can't remember his name sadly, but such a helpful guy.
This was also about 15 mins to closing and didn't once feel rushed in deciding. That pen is now one of my daily writers.
