Unfortunately service is very slow and baristas inconsistent good and dreadful at making coffee. Advertised seasonal coffees are disappointingly in short supply if supplied at all. The odd times all is functioning well, it's delicious.

absolutely amazing team, as far as starbucks goes this is such a friendly environment every time i come in. They just stand out from other starbucks and would recommend anyone to go in.
The cafe itself is old and you can tell, however the team seem to do what they can to maintain this, Refurb is in desperate need!!!

The staff here are always super lovely and the store is generally clean with a cosy vibe! Dairy free milk is also free at this Starbucks which is such a life saver!!!

Tables dirty. Not a single clean table to sit. Full of mugs and generally dirty to sit. Even the chair seats were dirty.
Toilets dirty.
Floor dirty.
Windows dirty.
Service was slow but that's OK. What is not OK is serving first two people that ordered after me.
Overall a very non-inviting atmosphere that I would think twice to revisit.

Never ending queue, with the lack of interest from the barista to prepare coffees, in conjunction with a poor attitude from the people taking orders make this coffee shop the worst of the worst. I don?t understand why no managers are here to check the place. There is a queue of 8 people waiting for their coffees. Unacceptable at all.
Another detail is the disgusting smell of the coffee shop. It is a combination of litter and animals, that invites you to leave the place looking forward to breathing outside. My first and last time in this disgraceful place. Not recommended

Flat white and sausage sandwich absolutely perfect start to the day but that was nothing compared to the outstanding customer service. The chap who served me (Oscar?) was incredibly welcoming, asked whether everything was OK and was generally one of the best customer service people I have ever seen. Absolutely first class service, thank you so much for making such a brilliant start to the day!
Parking: In Monks Cross main car park area.
Kid-friendliness: Wide spaces for buggies and bench seating for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps from pavement to building, lots of wide open spaces in the cafe

Not my favourite coffee but convenient on this occasion. No atmosphere.
