Excellent service today (4.25pm) by the two members of staff we spoke with (1 male & 1 female)
I visited to collect a too good to go bag and the service was great.
They both engaged with my daughter (9) which made her very happy.

My muffin was a bit stodgy
Coffee was ok but overpriced for such a small amount
Atmosphere was a bit flat
Service and staff were warm friendly and welcoming nothing to much trouble for them.

Everything about this place is amazing, the staff in particular are some of the best people i have met. I always go here as the energy just cannot be beaten, cam and becky in particular are amazing. Two great people who are always nice to see. The customer service is above and beyond everytime. Every single one of them are a credit to each other, a great set of people who make every visit fantastic

came in on the 3/06/2024 around 11.20am. Worst Starbucks experience i have had. all the staff was messing about when i walked in, they got my order wrong and when i pointed this out they tried to say no they didn't. it was only that the trainee ponied out that there was an F on the cup that everyone then saw there mistake otherwise i was being told i was simply wrong. they then made the drinks again which simply was not made properly. we always order the same drinks this one was very watery and was missing bits on the top ended up throwing them away.
seems this Starbucks is poorly run and staff do not take the job seriously at all. a real shame i would not expect this at a train station when people are in a hurry as well. would have asked for a refund but my train was 2mins away so i couldn't.

Bland interior and atmosphere, more like a school canteen, far from the bustling coffee shop you might expect elsewhere, wouldn't be the prices keeping people away would it? 10.25 for 2 small cakes and a regular coffee, ? cakes were nice but coffee isn't that great.

Had such a lovely time! The employees gave such an incredible service. I ordered a cookies and cream frappe and accidentally dropped it? told one of the employees named matt and he was so understanding and remade my drink. The drink was so so good! And the people definitely care about their customers ????

I recently met and employee here, Cam during a stop before catching an early train to London, and it was a moment worth sharing. Right when I walked up to the counter, Cam greeted me with a bubbly energy and a smile that felt completely genuine. He handled my coffee order with such enthusiasm and care that it turned a simple transaction into a memorable part of my day.Even after I got my coffee from another staff member, Cam made sure to thank me for coming by, wishing me a safe trip and a good rest of the day. It?s rare to encounter someone so passionate and attentive in such a brief interaction.I have to ask, how do you find people like Cam? He?s not just good at his job; he makes a real difference in how people start their day. He?s a standout, and I hope he knows just how much his cheerful demeanor brightens the mornings of travelers like me. Thanks so much, Cam, for making my travel day a lot better!
