Very happy to find the Christmas blend coffee. My order was wrong and felt maybe a bit more training was heeded. I used to work at a Starbucks so I know more order wasn't unheard of *half caf* I got a half of a shot which in a grande americano was practically water ?

Oh dear, what a disaster!
I visited this Starbucks a couple of years ago-dirty, cold, unresponsive staff and overcharged?
Visited again yesterday and it doesn?t seem to have got any better.
As far as I could see there were 2 staff on duty at lunchtime, even though there were a few people in there.
The staff look bored/ unhappy.
The customer in front of me was served; I stood for what seemed like forever (probably about 7-8 mins) being totally ignored by the person behind the counter whilst her colleague dabbed ineffectually with a damp duster at various table tops.
No greeting, no smile, no eye contact, no manners?
I used the toilet facilities and left.
I would have been buying coffee and cake of some description so best part of £10; their loss.

Great Starbucks location, food, drink, etc?
Oh jeez, the staff! I?m not sure what?s going on here but everyone is so rude it?s actually off putting. Blonde lady with the bun is notably so rude it?s comical and seems to be in a perpetual bad mood. I get the vibe that the management is setting the tone for the staff here?

The girl who served us was lovely, the coffee was nice, the cakes were fine. The toilets are so dirty they should come with a health warning before you step inside. I honestly don?t think they?ve been cleaned since the place opened. It?s really off putting drinking and eating in a place where the toilets look like they belong in a pub in Chatsworth. Enter at your own risk. ??

Walked in as Greg's was cash only at the time so I thought why not try Starbucks.
Three people seated, three outside and two waiting for cold drinks.
Three people serving.
No hello, smile or acknowledgement that I was even there.
After about three minutes, one of the servers noticed me and asked me if I'd been served!
£4 for a latte to go with no service. Latte was average, more milkshake than coffee!
Never again.
