Very helpful and clear optician and assistant Dawn who helped me choose my glasses. Friendly and helpful , I have severe anxiety and they were brilliant , I felt so calm . Thank you.

Front of shop staff are rude, snobby and have no customer service skills at all! Just because I didn’t want to buy the most expensive pair of glasses I was made to feel like I was dirt on their shoe.
