In all honesty I do not think the shop deserves the 1 star. What is meant to be an easy, convenient way to have your parcel delivered turned in to a complete nightmare. I gave them my pass key for the parcel in which the duty manager scanned, showed my ID. To be told that the parcel had supposedly not been delivered even though I had received all instruction from the delivery company. In which the duty manager stated that they must have clicked delivered and not delivered the parcel. In which he told me to leave and contact the delivery company as it was supposedly down to them even though they had stated it had been delivered and passed hands to the shop. He looked a second time as I told him I had had this problem before with a previous parcel supposedly hadn?t been delivered when it had. To my surprise he found it what a shock it had been delivered just like the delivery company had said. He asked me for my ID again even though I had already showed it to him and requested a further ID, I don?t think this is necessary in my opinion. It seems the process is in need of a further update especially for those in a higher role (duty manager). I wonder how many parcels have been alleged missing when they are actually in the shops hand, not a very trustworthy place. I personally wouldn?t have anything delivered to this store again.

Don't use this shop for parcels. It's good as a convenience store but the parcel handling side is terrible. I had two parcels delivered there, they found one but said the other one wasn't there. They kept taking random parcels from the cabinet and scanning them then putting them back in. I pointed out they were rescanning the same ones. They manager refused to help me in anyway, just repeating they didn't have it. I went back 3 hours later hoping that the shift had changed, a different lady located my parcel in a few minutes. Total disorganisation and poor service.

While we were staying in the area we decided to pop into this SPAR to get our basic groceries and I found there was a wide range of quality products, we only got the bare essentials such as cereal and milk but we also utilised the meal deal which meant we could have a sandwich and a drink and a snack which was perfect for some lunches too.

Went in today 1st of March, had a picture of the Nespresso order on my phone bar code and number, I had my partners driving license as it was her order, wouldn?t give me the order, wasted journey.

Shop itself is pretty well stocked and you can get most items, however you will do well to find any price labels for a lot of products. Sort that out and give it a bit of a tidy and I may return

Only pass by every so often visited the store at Christmas time, store was very neat and tidy, great selection and staff were very pleasant. This was a marked improvement from the time i visited in the summer, store was not in a good way, looked like a hurricane had just ripped through. Not sure why, but what ever the cause is a step in the right direction, will call in again next time I?m passing, great little store.

I paid for 4.50£ and paid with a tenner. The man gave me back 50p and insisted that I paid with a five pound note. We then had I dispute after which he got his colleague involved. Would strongly advise never visiting this place as I have never experienced anything like this. Awful.
