Staff were informative and well knowledgable. It felt like being at an Apple Store. I took my phone in for a screen repair under AppleCare which cost me an excess of £25. Told it would take 3-4 hrs but actually took less than an hour! Phone came back not wiped (they did warn it may need to be wiped) Thanks so much for...

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW ONE STAR RATINGPurchased a new Zagg screen protector from here and it failed twice, tried to call the shop many times on different days of the week and despite waiting over 15 minutes no one seems to want to answer the phone. Zagg haven’t been much help either...
