Ordered click and collect item but on collection, was told that I'd already collected it (I hadn't) and was no longer available. I asked for refund, which eventually (20 minutes) said they would give. I haven't received the refund after a week and a half (should be immediate via PayPal) so I need to go all the way back there to sort it out again. Toolstation round the corner generally cheaper and better.

My partner came in Wednesday 10th March at lunchtime. He cannot thank the man who served him enough ( I am really sorry He didn?t get your name) he said you went above and beyond to help him with a plumbing problem he had to change a broken obsolete plastic tap connector. He didn?t have a clue what he was looking for and you took the time to find out exactly what he needed. 10 minutes later he had what he needed and half an hour after that he also had a very happy customer as well. So would definitely recommend this store, an in particular the gentleman who served him.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff when I've been in store to order/collect. Never had to return anything purchased as the product quality is great.

Click and collect is unreliable. Ordered on like goods that were supposed to be in stock. Received confirmation. Received SMS from the store confirming my order was ready. Then when I collected the order 15mins later they said they didn?t have one of the items. I then had no time to get elsewhere causing delay to my plans. I previously gave this branch a 5 star rating but it appears complacency has set in. My advice is to use the new Toolstation around the corner.
