We had a lovely shopping experience with our daughter here who has narrow feet with high arches and it's not easy to get shoes for her. Pat was patient, professional and very engaging throughout making sure we left with the right type and size of shoes. Thank you Pat!

I have been to this Schuh branch a lot over the last 8 years and it's always been great until today. Perhaps because it's somewhere I've purchased from a lot, I wasn't expecting the experience I've had.
Service was very quick which was great, but I urge everyone to be mindful of the upselling tactics currently being used as there seems to be intentional vagueness in what they offer which leaves it open to misinterpretation. Just be really aware you know exactly what you're buying when they offer you anything additional, ask them to clarify exactly what it is and what the full range of options are.

Went in today after a bad experience in another store and they were super helpful and showed me the stock, I can't remember the lads name but Phoebe I think was the girl who had great brand knowledge with the shoes I was after.
They offer flexible payment plans and make you feel valued as a customer by the end.

I cannot fault the customer service at any Schuh shops. Out of all the stores I have visited, the service from Isabelle in York was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite a busy store. She focussed on the customer in front of her throughout. The particular pair of shoes I wanted was unavailable in my size, so home delivery was arranged FOC. Within 2 hours of leaving the store, the delivery was despatched and I had received an email confirming the delivery date. Excellent service all round.

Popped in for some new shoes, Scott was great in helping me pick a style and size.
Even though I had to try about 4/5 pairs to find a good fit.
Gave me a bit of a confidence boost saying the shoes looked great on me, which was needed ad I had a date that evening.
