First professional hair cut and colour in about 5 years ?.. great consultation with Holly and Ashley regarding colour and style.Beautiful relaxing surroundings, lovely head massage, came out absolutely delighted with my new hair! Love it!Not over styled, just perfectly natural and easily manageable.Lots of chat about what was being done, how to style at home, tips etc.Great experience and would thoroughly recommend. Feeling happy and spoilt by Jess ( trainee)At Saks Davygate in York.Jess listened carefully as to how I wanted my hair,she asked for advise from Robin,a senior Staff before she did my hair, Robin was extremely helpful, listened carefully to what I wanted and also explained to Jess as to how to go about it.Jess was praised by the senior staff which was nice to see.All the staff at Saks, including the boss are very welcoming and supportive.Services: Hair coloring

I?ve been going to Saks for many years and it?s always a pleasurable experience! I feel like I?m spoilt every visit with delicious drinks and wonderfully relaxing head massages. Bobbi who does my hair is lovely, very knowledgeable and understands what hairstyle/colour would suit me best. I never feel rushed out of the door and every team member is really nice, nothing is too much to ask! I've been having my hair done at Saks for over 30 years, and even though I now live 200 miles away, I go when I am able to.The Staff are always friendly, and offer good advice.I have 'always' been 'really' pleased with the way my hair has been styled over the years.

Always met with a smile, hair cuts are great and salon is clean & friendly. Never waiting for long, covid safe. Love the G&T while im being pampered, such a nice touch. Price med to high but worth it.
