Sainsburys HEAD OFFICE need to take notice that NOT everybody is able to use the Smartshop or Self checkouts & need the use of the TILLS. To be told you will have to wait half an hour due to shortage of staff is not on!
Another 4 people then joined me for the tills.
Yes staff off sick can cause problems BUT all your CUT BACKS is the main problem!
Are customers coming through the doors not as important as the Internet shoppers now?????

Just a normal supermarket has all one would need and plenty of parking. Best thing is they tailor your offers on what you personally purchase makes it better than any other store ?

Bad news for those who shopped at fossbank having to come to this smelly racist dump.The management in this store is garbage lack of produce on the shelves poor service the place has a vile smell to it due to poor drainage but all in all it stinks. SAINSBURY Good food ? very poor staff and allow racist comments in ear shot of customers.
