Huge shout out to Micheal and his collegue who've just put up with my technologically illiterate self, helped me print something off, despite me sending it in the wrong format, and spotting that I was probably on the verge of a nervous breakdown and calming me down and just dealing with the situation for me ? Very good customer service , thank you!

Staff are super friendly! Lovely young girl served me yesterday. She was very chatty and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Reasonably priced, and the staff are a credit to your company.

One of the staff members needs to calm down with their aggressive sales manners. I went to buy two things and he tried to sell me an item at the point of sale, he then took one of the items and put it with the two items I was buying. This is not acceptable. Don't add things to what I am buying. If I want it I will add it myself. Won't be going back unless I have to.

Dated, and overpriced. 35p to print off a page (which is reasonable) However an extra £2.50 service charge on top of that is a joke. Avoid?

Super helpful staff. Got a gift card from work a while back which could be spent at Rymans and decided to get a Cross Bailey fountain pen. The dude at the till was so helpful in running around trying to find one of the pens in the back, let me look at both colours. I can't remember his name sadly, but such a helpful guy.
This was also about 15 mins to closing and didn't once feel rushed in deciding. That pen is now one of my daily writers.

The staff is friendly but the product and service I was looking for was not satisfactory. I needed to print some labels with barcode in them. My wife went first and they printed them in colour instead in B/W. That means that the looking is a mixture between black and blue ink and the edges are not well defined. Also, the paper they use is a bit glossy not matte, and too thin in my opinion (maybe a cheap one). When I come back to the shop and ask them to repeat the task, they told me that they couldn't change any settings for printers so the result was going to be, again, in colour. I wouldn't recommend this shop for printing anything important or something that has to be well done. Last thing: the price was 4,60 for 6 pages which in my opinion is overpriced but I think this is quite standard in the UK.

Avoid if you need to to print only a few pages. I got charged £2.75 for printing 1 pages in black and white!! It's ridiculous. The service was ok but I don't know where this prices come from..
