"er indoors" (and me) love Rover Island, it has great quality clothing, and better styling than other chain stores. You can sometimes grab bargains so it's well worth calling in (ahem, I'm told!!) regularly. I cannot recall who served us, but she was absolutely lovely, a great customer service.
