Following a highly successful LVT project in the summer, we had no hesitation in selecting RH Flooring to carpet our stairs, landing, lounge and bedroom. The team of Richard, Brad and Jack showed great attention to detail in preparation and fitting and were a delight to have around. We are absolutely delighted with the results and, when funding allows, look forward to welcoming them back to carpet the remaining rooms.Service: Carpet installation

We?ve recently remodelled most of our downstairs rooms, a big part of which was replacing Chinese Slate with Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT). Regardless of which LVT we chose, all retailers advised that LVT demands a super-flat floor. We knew this would be a big challenge as our floor was quite uneven.When we spoke to Richard Hughes, we knew we?d cracked it ? honest, straight-talking, quick to respond and with excellent references. Even better, he works with his son Brad who is very experienced and a fellow member of the National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers (NICF).The job entailed much floor preparation, including grinding, screeding, applying a DPM and further screeding; Brad then painstakingly laid almost 3000 small parquet Amtico tiles. The attention to detail was superb - we are very picky yet struggled to find anything even to query - and they furnished excellent advice throughout, liaising with our builder and other suppliers where necessary.Richard, Brad, Jack and Ollie are a formidable team that can be trusted to deliver a brilliant flooring solution. As a bonus, it was a pleasure to have them around the house. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Richard, Brad & the team have fitted my entire house over the last 6 months with both carpet & LVT.The finished product is fantastic & the service throughout was brilliant, helpful, professional & accommodating at all times.Can't recommend them enough from start to finish, fabulous ?

As far as service and quality goes it was like going back in time where the customer was the only priority. From the initial enquiry, home visit to discuss our needs and offer advice and alternatives, taking up the existing floor which hid issues that would have had others running for the hills nothing was too much trouble for RH Flooring Solutions, Richard and his team. The finished product was as good as the brochure pictures and we could not fault any part of their service. In addition we happened to mention a neighbour who works for the NHS and was on Covid wards throughout the initial pandemic had a patch of floor that needed sorting and we suggested that our old flooring could be utilised to make it good. No he said, we could not possibly do a patch job but what we will do is replace the whole floor for nothing as a small thankyou to her and her efforts during that hard time. And they did!! Not just any old flooring but a beautiful new floor that reduced us all to tears. I know that they would not want any thanks but this one off gesture restored our faith in people and in this case quality products, workmanship and customer focus.Service: Install flooring
