I have visited Reiss in June to find a dress for my son?s wedding. I have had exceptional customer service provided by Mathew. Mathew was professional and knowledgeable about the products, he went above and beyond to help me to find the perfect dress. I love my dress! He was patient and kind and took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for.

I recently visited Reiss to find a dress for my graduation, and what made my experience exceptional was the service provided by Mathew. Mathew was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the products, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. :) He took the time to understand my style and preferences and then proceeded to show me different options that he thought would suit me best. I visited the store as I was looking for a new suit and we were helped by Beth. Really fantastic service, she took a lot of time to help me find the right one and size. She had fantastic knowledge of tailoring and pinned the suit to fit before recommending a great local tailor to perfect the suit. She was so friendly and took time to make sure I was happy with everything, and helped to find a complementing tie and pocket square. Fantastic service.

We were assisted by really friendly staff, in particular the girl from Cornwall (don't know her name) with whom we chatted for a long time and who went out of her way to check whether some items were available in storage. Nicely presented shop, in the centre of York.
