Pleasant meal for two of us pre-theatre. Served by three different staff and service slow. My pasta was acceptable (just), but partners lasagne, not great. Nice venue directly opposite Opera House and parking close by. Overall, it's just about ok, not great. There are better independent restaurants nearby, but in a rush, it's acceptable.

We had a lovely meal here earlier this evening. The whole experience was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly young man, who couldn't seat us at the time but offered us a table 30 mins later so we went, had a drink, and came back.
We had a lovely meal from the set menu, a fabulous 3 courses, all delicious and well worth the price.
We were served by a lovely young lady, Liv. She took out order and served us the whole time we were there, she even didn't mind taking a photo of us when I asked. She was definitely kept busy but was always attentive, kind, helpful, pleasant and smiley! She is an absolute asset to the team and anyone would be very lucky to have her. Although the food and atmosphere was lovely, Liv made our night.
The only downside to this restaurant is the toilets, very VERY cold and could do with a renovation. Although, not too fussed as I didn't spend much time downstairs.
Thank you for a lovely evening, all the staff front of house and in kitchen. All very lovely, hardworking people. Prezzo, you have a good team at the moment, look after them and hold onto them!

They DONT accept cash. Another company that doesn't accept pound notes ( a legal british payment method ) There was NO mention of this when we sat down to eat. When they presented the bill I handed them £105 cash and they refused the payment. Luckily my wife had a debit card on her. Due to their anti-cash policy I will NEVER dine there again.

They were able to offer a table to us during a busy period, which is always appreciated.
Excellent service by the staff, and the food was pretty decent.
Only criticism is, as ever, pop music in an Italian restaurant. Never been a fan to start with, but it clashes a bit with whatever ambience is otherwise aimed for.
We shall be back :)

As someone who is neurodivergent the music was far two loud. Even my mum who isn't neurodivergent agreed so I spent the whole time with my noise cancelling headphones on. There was a lot of waiting around the staff seemed to be talking a lot to each other and re doing tables that had just been cleaned. It felt a bit disorganised. We were there to celebrate my mother's birthday and it felt as though we couldn't really enjoy ourselves due to my sensory needs being so heightened. It's supposed to be waitress service but they didn't seem to acknowledge when people had finished ordering and finished there meals. Ultimately I don't think we'll be returning. The front doors are really heavy to push and so if you struggle with your co-ordination skills it can be really challenging. It does have a push button but they don't always work and the unpredictability of this does come across as a concern. We didn't even get given our free bottle of cava as the email stated we would do if we booked online. They just seemed a bit clueless and disorganised. I've been twice in the last 6 months now and I don't plan on going back until they get things sorted because it is a bit of a let down to people like myself. I won't be recommending it to my friends.

Went earlier in the week it was bang average and rather expensive. Food was alright, no beer on draught and only silly expensive beer in bottles. I'd not bother going again.

Excellent service by 3 different staff! We were very impressed and pleased with the service here. We were first welcomed warmly and enthusiastically by a male staff who told us to wait as he was busy and later apologised before showing us to our table. Next, a very cheerful lady took our order and another kind lady served the food. Each one had a bright smile and made us feel welcome!
The pizza was not too bad, although the dough became hard when it cooled down, the flavours were still great. I enjoyed the chilli oil. We felt that the gnocchi was too mushy for our liking and when we gave feedback, the staff kindly offered several options to resolve the issue and we eventually decided to refund the order. Throughout the process, the kind staff remained professional and did not seem upset with us. It was a very pleasant dining experience for us as Asians in UK.

Arguably the worst pizza I?ve ever had in my life we went due to there being unlimited pizza, but only finished one due to them being loaded with undercooked cheese no sauce & overall being worse than a store bought pizza.

I visited last Sunday and had such a lovely experience! Malwina was a fantastic, amazing server and our order arrived so quickly and was delicious. Would recommend to any local, tourist or student looking for an affordable, tasty pizza experience ?

Lovely Italian. Surprisingly filling pizzas and nice bread and pestonnaise for starters. Lovely serving staff
