4 stars purely thanks to one waitress. Went at 6 on a Saturday and not busy but Food was slow to come out and they forgot granddaughters meal so to stop the tears we shared ours with her so by time they brought her meal out she wasn?t that hungry and they did remove the charge from the bill. Between courses I watched one waitress rushing around doing everything while the others stood around doing nothing and she did it all with a smile and a laugh. Unfortunately the manager had left as we wanted to let them know what a fantastic job she had done on her own.

Awful experience, the food wasn?t half as nice as other Prezzos we have visited, both dishes dry and bland. The service however, was horrendous! Rude, miserable staff who couldn?t care less how long you waited to be seated, receive a menu, order etc. The restaurant wasn?t busy. We could see other tables were unhappy with the service too. Certainly wouldn?t recommend this branch !

Very solid food and atmosphere and the experience was made even better by the waiter, Artem. First day on the job but one of the nicest experiences I?ve had in a restaurant, lovely bloke, thank you!

What an absolute catastrophe.
Avoid at all cost that you can, staff and rude, disrespectful, and arrogant, all the staff ignored us when we attempted numerous time to rase there attention, did nothing but shout across the restaurant to the other members of staff at the other end, and constantly on the phones. What a disaster!

Went with my 9 year old daughter for dinner. Nice clean friendly atmosphere with good food. We didn't book but as we left tables were filling up so if you are a large group I would suggest booking ahead of time.
Parking: Parking is limited to a few hours. If you overstay you need to take a receipt from any store on site and get this recorded at the office. As you enter the parking area a sign will illuminate showing you the time you have for free before you need to find the office.
Kid-friendliness: Children's menu available.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to deal with, large wide glass doors to enter but these are offset.

Who pays these prices to eat here? Melted cheddar on a Caesar salad?! Worst Italian food I?ve ever had. No anchovies. Charged three pounds extra for anchovies. Food came out cold and without the extras we?d been charged for. Abysmal! Shame as the waiter was good.

Turned up and was told it was booking only. Went outside and booked the table. They didn't seem too happy with this and said we had to wait 20 minutes outside. We were with a 2 year old and it was cold outside so said we would wait. There were about 10 tables clear so we were seated straight away. 10 mins later we were served drinks saying food would be an hour minimum. We were served within half an hour. Very strange service. Almost rude

Went to restaurant for some food stood for nearly 10 minutes had zero acknowledgement from staff after they all looked us straight in face. Floor manager then walked to there counter wiped his hands and walked off we left. M&S cafe was were we ended up.

Called in for dinner after stopping to do a spot of food shopping. Food was fantastic, delicious Pasta and pizza, and amazing desserts! The only downside was that the service was a little slow even though they weren't particularly busy - the staff were chatting and left my coffee on the side for almost 5 minutes! Aside from that I will certainly return and would definitely recommend!
