This is the final visit to this place first of all there is the queues waiting for ever for drinks by the time you have got the drinks your food is cold
But today only got worse the chicken pasta bake was uneaterble the pasta was solid it the middle certainly not fresh
This was exchanged a chicken wrap which was stuck to the cardboard and you could not get it out of the wrapper this is the second time we have had this wrap with this problems

I went for a bite to eat at lunch time, I got a bottle of water and ham and cheese sandwiches that I thought where far to salty. I could not fault the staff who where very friendly and helpful, just a shame about the sandwiches which made me more thirsty than when I went in there looking for a refreshment on a hot day.

We bought a salad each with a small French stick. Amazingly when paying I asked for some mayonnaise for the salad and butter for the bread, whereby the sales assistant said they didn?t do mono or butter!! What kind of a restaurant doesn?t do such items fr the food they sell!! Thankfully a very kind assistant at Subway kindly obliged with a small portion of both. We?ll done Subway, shame on you Pret A Manger

My one star rating is for the miserable and surly staff on duty this afternoon. The woman on the till could hardly bear to speak to me. Not visited this place before so I didn't know that you have to move down the line to the end to get the drink I ordered so I just stood at the till waiting for it. Then she muttered something about it being ready to collect at the end. No smile or pleasantry. The younger girl serving drinks was just as bad. It doesn't cost anything to give good customer service. I think they need training in good public relations but i won't be visiting this shop again.

This visit to Pret a Manger was my first to the chain and certainly will be my last! We ordered two toasties that were still cold after being heated up twice and then served in the sweaty bags they were stored in the fridge in! We also ordered a tea that looked like dirty dish water and a 'Merry Berry' hot chocolate that had never seen chocolate! Very dissapointed.

Total p^#@ take. Quit literally unable to the basi a of a cup of tea. Its unbelievable that you can choose your coffee 50 diffent ways yet a cup of tea as to be an underbrewed slop of milky water.

Ordered 2 coffee's... took 10mins for the first one then another 15mins for the second. Very disorganised. Sad to say we will not be back.

I really like pret sandwich but one thing I hate it they always asking people in or take out because they charging you if you say in that embarrassing
