I absolutely love Pret A Manger porridge, so if ever I'm staying away, this is my go-to for breakfast. Although the Christmas market was on, so very busy, we still managed to get a table. The server was very polite and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience

Great location just don't agree with students and people sitting in a 4 seat table on their own on their laptops. There's people who genuinely want to come in for a coffee and a sit down and they're hogging the seats !!

I'm at your 33 Parliament St. branch, YORK. I come here twice a week to have a coffee and do my computer work. Unfortunately, every afternoon the heating upstairs is turned off. It gets very cold inside. I would like you to find a solution to this.

The toilets in this stores are absolutely disgusting. There are 2 toilets in the ladies and one has been out of use for a year.

Very dirty everywhere, table looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day (this was 5pm). Very poor cup of tea and latte milk was burned

A very handy Pret, close to the main shopping area and the market.
Very quick service and a good choice of food and drink. Staff were lovely.
Downstairs is relatively small but there?s lots of seating upstairs. That?s also where the toilets are so would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility.
What I did appreciate yesterday when we visited was the free water when I bought a sandwich; I was expecting to have to pay out for a bottle.

This Pret is an absolute disgrace. The toilets were horrendous, I have never seen such dirty disgusting facilities. The servers were also using the same tongues to select the cookies which contained nuts and cookies which didn?t - as an allergy sufferer I would have expected Pret to have learnt their lesson!

Disappointing breakfast toastie, all stuck to bag, and contents of sandwich not very inspiring. Coffee only OK. Friendly server. Doing battle with Deliveroo etc. in smallish reception area. Will try a non-chain next time.

Got handed a watered down hot chocolate, turns out the chocolate was all stuck to the bottom. The Barista didn?t bother making it correctly.Ordered a pastis da nata that didn?t pack.Too busy to pay attention.
