I felt l was not very warm, they need to put the heating up, especially for older customers. Also l feel it needs a refurbishment and bringing it up to date.

A great 3 night stay at Premier Inn!This hotel was no exception to the friendly staff that work in Premier Inn hotels, and it came with a restaurant that had all the food you need for breakfast and dinner! Overall an excellent stay! Hoping to come again!Food & drinks: You may know that all Premier Inns come with some sort of restaurant. This hotel is no exception! With great food and quick service for dinner, and excellent breakfast self-service, you couldn?t ask for more!

All good; have stayed here multiple times with no issues. Even better just a short walk around to the Wetherby Whaler for a lovely fish supper.

Friendly , helpful staff, reception covered 24/7 by humans. Top marks to the hardworking staff. Clean room with everything we needed. 2 x double rooms booked, good comfortable bed, great nights sleep. Lovely area. Quality shower gels, good hairdryer and lighting for makeup. Enjoyable dinner and breakfast at the Beefeater restaurant. Top quality and reliable service as always at Premier Inn. Will stay there again whenever we are in the area. Highly recommended.

If Wayne on reception or Mitch in the restaurant looks after you, it will feel personal - they are top people and Mitch moved heaven and earth to accommodate 45 of us from a choir. They solved a room issue and were brilliant in the restaurant!

There is a heater control in the room (does not cool apparently) and a vent above the walkway into the bed area. This annoying thing was on and off all through the night and I couldn't turn it off, I got around 4 hours sleep on Saturday night and similar on the Friday. Would not go back unless this is replaced or turned off.

No phone in room,40c temps,no A/C and couldn't open window.fan supplied wouldn't blow out a candle. No working USB Port.Because no phone could not report to reception. Coming from Canada and having used other Premier Inns not happy with this one.

Modern Premier Inn set outside of the town. Easy to find with ample car parking and a Beefeater next door. The staff were warm and welcoming.

This is a great place for a mini break. Had a delicious steak for my evening meal. Most importantly the staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn?t fault them. The young lad who was running the restaurant the night we were in was excellent at his job in terms of customer service and just how he dealt with everything with a smile

I am surprised that you continue to request feedback despite the numerous complaints on the same issue. Knowingly having a fault and failing to act on it is negligent. I wish I had read the many of what I now know to be truthful reviews instead of relying on your brand image and pointless good night sleep guarantees written well enough to absolve you of all accountability for any issues. I can categorically say that myself and my family had the worst two nights I have ever spent in a hotel. Even spending time abroad in hot climates with no AC was nothing compared to what I can only describe as torture. We arrived late Friday evening and our room was 28.5c. We asked the night manager for additional fans to be told none were available. We were in what was known as the hottest part of the hotel; even in winter, he could only offer us sheets ilo duvets. So a family of 4 in one room endured heat that exceeded 30c with one fan. The next night, my Aunt, who was in the next room, gave us her fan - considerably more powerful than ours. That night we sat in the room with the door open to the corridor for 4 hours in an attempt to cool it. Being able to open the window more than an inch could have made a considerable difference as by then the temp was 28.5c inside and 23c in the car park. But no, the window was secured at a gap a gnat would struggle through. We sought out more towels, soaked them, and slept on those. But by 4 am the temperature had risen to 30c. My disabled child was crying, no doubt waking other guests as he woke all of us. It was like sleeping in a sauna. I still wish I had taken the children and our bedding out to my car, as we would have slept better in the car park. We had to drive home from Yorkshire to Essex after two terrible nights. To say you put us in danger is an understatement - even the car warned my husband he was tired. My child was covered in heat rash. I simply cannot describe how miserable that experience made us. It ruined what should have been a nice break away. I have stayed in many of your hotels before and have been exceptionally pleased. It is one of the reasons we chose to go away as we know my son will cope. I cannot fault your staff, who were very apologetic and aware of the issues. Why should I make them uncomfortable, knowing none of this was their fault? Your hotel is not fit for purpose. It cannot heat up further during the night when the outside temperature is 7c lower unless there is another heat source.

We got no sleep because the temperature in the room was 28° (it was only 18 °outside). Room temp only covered by good night guarantee if hotel advertises as having a/c so wouldn't refund. Unimpressed. We couldn't leave quick enough in the morning.

We had an excellent stay in the York North West Premier Inn. It was a hot day so the bedrooms were warm, however the restaurant was air conditioned. The bedroom was clean and roomy with a comfortable bed. We both had a nice evening meal in the restaurant on the meal deal which is good value. Service was polite and prompt. Breakfast the next day was good.

Was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning, although it was mentioned it was not obvious. Provided a fan that was just noisy and gave no airflow. Could not open window because of traffic noise and people coming back in early hours

Stayed on a Saturday night in August 2023. No issues to report with my nights stay. Great location for the exploring the York area. 2 mins drive from the Rawcliffe P&R. Found room clean and comfortable. Have used before and would use again.
