Just don?t go here if you want to be ripped off. Served by the guy I?m guessing was the owner that everyone else is talking about. Said I wanted a parcel sent 1st class, wasn?t big or overly heavy. He put the value at £750 without even asking me what the value was, labelled it special delivery and so was charged £16.45. Because I was sending a lot of things I didn?t think anything of the price until I looked at the receipt later on. Shame on you Mr for taking advantage of people at Christmas time!!

I've had the misfortune to be served by the Indian guy a couple of times now. Rude, surly, belligerent, monosyllabic...and that's me being polite. I only use this place if it's an absolute emergency.

I was served by very polite and friendly lady today for my DVLA to send to Swangea with tracking value stamps. I am certainly will come back here to send a couple of Xmas presents to Japan. Hope I can see her there again. She was very helpful about handling my important documents and explained everything I needed to know. ? Thank you.

Have always had a good experience with others who work there, but today we posted an international letter and were served by the owner - after checking online prices back home we realised he'd charged us the wrong amount for international postage so we're now concerned our letter will likely not arrive. When we returned to the post office to explain he very abruptly told us the post had already been collected, and didn't give us any idea what might happen to the letter.

I have been going to this post office for years.. the Indian guy who owns the business is unusually arrogant and I have heard him being rude to the two poor ladies who work there.. I have stopped going there now and I hope the two ladies find the courage to leave.

Lynn was extremely helpful with large packages we were sending back to the US. Quite a number of customers were accommodated while we were packing boxes and making a general nuisance of ourselves. We couldn't ask for better service!

Wouldn't release parcel with my name on it delivered from amazon. Disgusting attitude and service from the older man. Told to come back tomorrow as their system wasn't working.

Much the same as all the other reviews. The blonde lady is lovely and helpful. The owner is grumpy and unhelpful, and seems to want to make everyone's life needlessly difficult. It really is hit and miss who you get.
