Went to Pizza Hut today for the pizza buffet. Staff were really friendly but the timing on their food was really poor. There was 3 pieces of pizza on the whole buffet and a queue of about 10 people at all times, waiting ages for pizza to come out before it was all gone again. Not ideal, everyone ended up with about 2 pieces of pizza because of the lack of food and amount of people waiting which is a bit ridiculous

Refused a seat as there was to many people inside but there was loads of seats free. Apparently there wasn't enough staff in the kitchen. Worse pizzahut I've ever been in utter waist of time!

We give a 3 for the food as it looked nice ,but it really wasn't as under cooked & find it was a lot of money for a pizza to share.
Service ? Well you do everything yourself which is a little confusion & again a lot of money for a family.

After ordering a pizza in the store and waiting around 40 minutes I was asked for my name that that id ordered it under and then my pizza was bought out cold ( I suspect it had been ready a while and they?d not told me)
Also I?d paid £30.99 for one meat feast pizza which seems either excessive or a mistake.
I contacted customer services and left feedback but just got what seemed like a generic reply and didn?t address the issues I?d raised.
I Certainly won?t be a customer in future.

Be honest their Pizza is brilliant, we really enjoyed it. The chicken wings and cheesy garlic bread are good, the only thing we did not like is the bottomless soft drink, the Pepsi Max and Pepsi Diet taste funny, I think maybe there is something wrong with the water. Recommend order bottles rather than refill soft drinks. Their dessert is also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, she helped us to order the meal on the mobile phone (on line) and got the good deal to save money(still cost us nearly £50) but my Sainsbury?s credit card rejected the payment twice, the bank system thought it?s fraud. Very interesting and a little bit worrying.

People were taking salad bowls before evening ordering their meals. Ordering g is done by scanning a QR code on the table and before you even get a drink it asks you for a tip! It was adequately clean but a few tables had plates on them that were still there when we had finished our meals - about an hour. It was convenient for where we were staying but that's pretty much it.

Came here for some lunch, waitress seated us and said she would be back in 5 mins to take our order. She then forgot about us, sat a couple down on the table next to us, took their order and brought their hot drinks. I had to go to the counter after waiting for 20 minutes to ask if she could take my order as she was just stood talking at the till. Shocking.

Amazing customer service! Popped in for a take away pizza and it didn't disappoint. The pizza was amazing and the customer service 5 star. Staff were helpful and lovely and really welcoming. Would 100% come back again!

The food and staff were excellent. I wish the place had a bit more atmosphere as it can sometimes sound a bit echo and loud. Carpet or soft furnishings would likely improve on those.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of disabled parking nearby. Flat entrance and plenty of room inside

There were only three pizzas of choice out on the buffet and the ice cream machine was broken which we paid extra for. When asked the staff about the machine they were rude and didn't offer anything to make it better. Money wasted!

Had the buffet - good hot food when you could get it. The staff were clearly overwhelmed with the amount of customers, which during half term likely should be anticipated. Pizzas took a long time to come out and frequently ran out, which did dampen the experience. Everyone clearly trying their best though.

Went for a childrens party..
Could do with a refresh on the decorating as a lot of graffiti written on walls, but dose make an interesting read to some photos..
