We were seated quickly and the lady serving us was very pleasant
It was extremely easy to order via the QR Code and the drinks came very quickly.
We ordered the buffet and it was well stocked with a good variety of different pizzas as well as 2 pastas.
All of the pizza was good and the free salad bar in the price was a bonus
All in all good food at a decent price.

The vegan options are nicer than many fast food chains and their salad dressings are vegan (although due to the buffet style the salad has a high chance of contamination). It's a shame they don't have vegan options in the lunch buffet although I guess the demand isn't there. It does mean that for a lunch, vegans or people with allergies pay significantly more. Very sweet staff though.
Wheelchair accessibility: The classic - accessible but I believe the only loos are down a set of stairs.

I ordered a pepperoni feast with two times extra pepperoni and mushrooms and it came with less pepperoni than on a normal pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut in the states. Service was nonexistent. My wife?s food came a solid 15min after mine and my sons. They were out of Pepsi but had Pepsi max and diet.
Kid-friendliness: Kid sized food options.

Last minute walk in after shopping at the shambles, we got seated quickly staff seemed smiling and happy all though they were running around, very busy, looking after customers. We ordered online with the QR which would be hard for someone who?s not confident with a phone, but we had help offered.
Food came out quickly, looked great, all cooked nicely, salad bar was a-bit messy but as I went up I cleaned it up for the staff as they had other things to do, funnily enough we really enjoyed the salad and all the food as we had quite a range. We used the toilet which was nice and clean and got a doggie bag for the rest of the food. When talking to the staff they were busy but happy to do anything for you. Great job guys thank you very much!

Got into the establishment, expecting a Buffet (They have the promotion all over the shop). The staff who sat us is nice. We didn't see anything about the buffet so we grabbed one of the menu to check. Then an extremely rude waiter who wore a buffalo plaid shirt, looked down on us and said, "Even you have that menu, we will not serve you whatever that is on there". He repeated it again so loud that it echos throught the room. I know a pizzahut will not have the best service but he doesn't need to shout and being rude. We left after that.

Service was good the manager changed our table for us as customer was being noisy on the phone so was very grateful for that and i had pizza, pasta and salad unlimited deal between 12-3pm it was only 10.99 per person a bargain and the toilets was very clean
