I had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Express with my family recently, and I must say, the experience was exceptional, thanks in no small part to Rute! From the moment we were seated, her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her recommendations were spot-on. The service was quick, and the food, as always, was delicious. Rute truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. I highly recommend visiting Pizza Express and, if you're lucky, having Rute as your server. She definitely made our family dinner memorable!

This evening, the service was shocking. It took a little longer then usual to order, but clearly were understaffed so can understand the circumstances. However, the manager on shift, Mike, was rude and a poor example of a manger. Mike ignored our table several times, leaving us feeling neglected. When asked to apply a discount onto our bill, as only mangers can apply the code, we finally received our bill after asking 4 times taking 40 minutes. It should not take that long to pay. This is unacceptable and I would recommend going elsewhere if you?re after an efficient service.

Almost walked out after waiting for over 20 minutes to even order drinks, never mind food! There were several other tables in a similar situation. Staff were casually walking around ignoring tables and doing other jobs instead. We were spotted by a waiter eventually and he gave very good service and came and checked up on us when our food had arrived. Food was okay but with how cold the air conditioning is the food was very cold before you even finished eating. We had to wait for over 10 minutes for our plates to be cleared after we had eaten. We didn?t go at a busy time so I?m not sure how they cope when it?s busy? not worth the time or the money.

Haven?t been to a restaurant before and paid £3.5 for a can of coke that came to the table in said can sealed. Food was mediocre.

A member of staff told me to write a review so management would see it
Our experience tonight was awful the pizza had no toppings and very bland at £18 each you would have thought they could put a bit of cheese on and give it some flavour a cheap frozen pizza would have been better
I won?t be going again
Couldn?t fault the staff and felt very sorry for them having to serve such poor quality food

Wow, what a lovely visit. We always go to Pizza express when we go to McArthur glen. We have got to say this is our favourite visit. The guy who came up originally to take our drinks order made eye contact with our 3 year old grandson, who is very shy, and was so lovely with him and made him laugh. I believe he either went on break or finished his shift and a lady was then serving us. She was also amazing, she took our grandson to watch the pizza and the pasta being made, he loved it. Every member of staff that served us on this shift was wonderful. I don?t know if you have a new management team but, honestly this was our best visit ever

Went for dinner with some friends this evening, as a catchup with old colleagues. Really disappointed in the standards.
After paying £3.45 for a coke, we were given a can with a glass. Not even any ice. How can anywhere warrant charging this much for a can of coke, not even to have it been poured into the glass? It?s shocking frankly. I understand the need to profit, but this was so poor.
In addition, the pizza served to us was cold, and due to the freezing air conditioning in the place it only got even colder faster. Overall the price we paid did not reflect the food whatsoever. Wouldn?t come again sadly.
