Went to a wild bird workshop today (was free- just need to book) with my daughter . It was run in store by the lovely Jess who was super patient and informative with the children joining in. They got to learn about garden birds and make their own bird feeder. Thought this was a lovely idea seen as most children love coming in and seeing the animals it also helps educate them in a fun way. Great store too- well laid out and helpful staff

I always get really good customer service and staff have always been extremely helpful to advise me on the products I'm looking for and helping with recommendations but, this time I was very disappointed to say the least.
I had to prize information out of this person who was supposed to serve me.
The person was very poorly trained and very unhelpful and clearly not equipped with the brain capacity to figure out what I was asking for. Refused to do her job or recommend another alternate for an emergency situation and refused to serve me in front of her manager.
It just perplexed me as to what people's jobs actually are if they can refuse to do their job in front of their superiors.
I think you need to find better staff or hire the right people to train for the job of SERVING your customers. It was a shock to see such an unprofessional way of dealing with people who are paid to serve.
Thank you to the manager who helped me and served me.
