Very expensive and well over priced items and a very very rude staff... I only asked a question and two miserable female staff said to my 6 year old at this moment in time we refuse to sale any pets.

The store has a good range of products for a variety of animals. I only shop in here for bird seed so can't comment on the other products available but the bird food section is typically well stocked (although on a few occasions the shelves have looked a bit bare). Products are affordable and for the most part good quality.If you are shopping for things other than dried products and accessories, please do your research (and consider a more ethical place to purchase pets and live insects etc)... The store does stock "live" insects however I wouldn't really call them live since each packet appeared to contain more dead insects than alive. The containers for live animals, such as hamsters, don't appear to be particularly big either.The staff are friendly and welcoming. They engage with customers and are more than happy to answer questions about products and provide guidance on animal care.

Staff are welcoming and friendly, nice shop just a shame they don't have much for small animals compared to what they have for other animals.
