Asked head office nicely to make an exception due to financial hardship to make an exception regarding the return of an unused, still packaged pair of £20 insoles that my physio does not reccommend for my back problems. Nice young man on phone, tried his best to appeal to his manager's better nature but no, policy is policy, no refunds on accessories. Have used Pavers 3 times to buy shoes, Will not be using again. Fascist management

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered boots from one store to be delivered to another store. Boots arrive, I pick up and take a peep to see that they are the right ones. So at a later date I decide that I will wear the boots. One boot has a very big fault. The zip in the inside of the foot has the zip but the leather hasn?t been cut so the boot doesn?t open up. Go back to the shop where I picked the boots up? One hour and twenty mins later I leave the shop with a refund. They couldn?t even remember simple info that is given to them more than 10 individual times, like where I ordered from and where I collected from. I lost the will to live in that time !!! But before I came away I said if you can offer a fair discount I will keep them and find someone who can perhaps cut the leather for me and £5 was their one and only offer. The boots were £59.99. I?m absolutely gutted. So I ring customer services when I get home to see if they can do anything and they were just as much of a waste of time?.speaking over me constantly, contradicting herself constantly. So no more Pavers shopping for me?. It?s beyond poor all round. It?s a shame because I have bought many items from them before.

Don't touch this shower with a barge pole! I ordered slippers for my wife and they sent the wrong ones. I returned them, emailed them, and waited almost two weeks for a reply. I am STILL waiting for a replacement!!! They say they have sent a replacement. I don't believe them. I have left a review on a well known website. If you want shoes or slippers - go elsewhere. You have been warned.

think you are making fun of your customers.1) I received my order on 2nd august but I paid for express DPD Shipping, this is not express delivery as order was placed 5th July.2) I only received 2 pairs of shoes instead of 3, refund for not sent pair i only got 28th July. If order would be sent in time, i rather get all shoes or earlier refund.3) Instead of size 9 I got size 8. How come? If I would like to send it back then I need to pay for it .ABSOLUTELY DISCRASE SERVICE, WORSE EVER FROM MY EXPIRIENCE WITH PAVERS.

Hi.I have purchased school shoes for a child and personal shoes from you and am 100% happy with quality= 5 star.My reason for a 3 star is you hooked me up to your useless mail list and for some reason your marketing team feel I need 2 pairs of shoes every week so email constantly and needlessly, Your team in marketing need to re think the approach as I just opted out of any communication due its useless frequency but would have been happy 2 times a year to know what's going on and what is new. hope this feedback helps.

Twice now I've been messed about with an order from here. First time, they sent different boots from what were originally ordered. I returned them, and was told the ones I wanted were out of stock, despite the fact their website says they're available.Second order two days ago was for a family member. Order placed without an issue, then just a few minutes ago I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled by them as the shoes were no longer in stock. Two days to tell me this??? Why take payment then???? I'll never order from these clowns again. Couldn't run a bath. Dreadful service. Absolute joke.

Yet again they totally messed up myOrder. Sadly won?t be buying again as I spend more money and time on calls and e mails chasing them up only to be told completely different things on the phone to what I was told in emails.

Customer service is a joke, very rude person. I ordered my goods to be sent Saturday service dpd and you posted them out via royal mail. So you scammed me out of £2.50 the cost of sending royal mail. Scammers and not to be trusted.

Very disappointed with poor quality of boots I received February 2021, they have only been worn seasonal and now the upper has come away from the sole.I emailed a complaint to be asked to return boots and they would be inspected for a fault and if a fault was found a refund would be given.I attached a picture and original order/dispatch email as proof of purchase.clearly you can see the fault without requesting return of goods.I certainly would think twice about ordering again
