did not show up for delivery believe they have scanned it in as attempted delivery due to the size of the parcel and just not shown up, left no card. checked CCTV no delivery attempted. also delivery was "attempted" 30 minutes prior to organised slot. no direct customer service link to York depot to organize redelivery again difficult to do as no card was left due to an attempt not even being made.

I got an e mail to say the driver had delivered and no one was at home, I had purposefully stayed at home and awaited in plain sight for this delivery. It did not appear then I received an e mail to saying they had tried to delivery!!!! they did not even attempt to drive by let alone Deliver

My parcel went missing they delivered to wrong address photo was in a block of flats right next to front door checked with all my neighbours. My flat was right next to front door stay away from this company they take no responsibility for your stuff going missing.

Absolute joke, the service is almost third world and i waited over a week for my delivery when it should have taken two days.In the end i had to travel to York to collect it from the depot, so it was nearly 100 miles round trip.On a positive note, the lady at the depot was helpful and understanding.That said, dont even think about compensation of any kind as they say no to everything and accept no responsibility.

Honestly, they are the most unreliable company for posting and delivery.. The drivers don't check instructions for redelivery, I gave a specific address for redelivery but they tried to deliver to the old address, kept messing up with the delivery options....Don't understand why it is so hard to read basic instructions in the redelivery forms given by the customer. Almost impossible to get hold of customer service team on the phone. Won't be using their services.

Knew we were going to be out so left a note on the door asking to leave in a safe place, the driver completely ignored the request and instead returned back to depot over 20miles away, could not even be bothered to leave at the local post office 2 minutes down the road.

I missed my delivery yesterday as unlike other companies parcelforce doesn?t contact you after they receive it from the company you buy from. The note said he would try again the next day. I knew I?d by out again so wrote on the card he?d posted for it to be left in a safe place, he ignored this and took it back to York delivery depot, which I live 40 miles from. He could have taken it to my local post office if he didn?t want to leave it in the safe place. Which was at my risk and not his. Finally after a long winded call with a robot I got to speak to a human so hopefully ?? I can collect it tomorrow from my local post office as it?s a Mother?s Day present.

Absolutely disgusting 24 hr express guarantee next day delivery parcel been in York depot 2 days now would not let me collect as delivery not attempted, item needed for next day but now it states getting ready to be assigned to driver route.... phoned up 3 times latest said it will be Tomorrow maybe as york depot behind , sorry but this is not my issues paid for express delivery not fulfilled this parcel should of been delivered on time that's what you pay for, come on not happy st all....
