Picked up parcel I left my house number off the address they were about to. Ring my mobile when I turned up to collect it pleasant welcoming and really friendly many thanks

did not show up for delivery believe they have scanned it in as attempted delivery due to the size of the parcel and just not shown up, left no card. checked CCTV no delivery attempted. also delivery was "attempted" 30 minutes prior to organised slot. no direct customer service link to York depot to organize redelivery... read full comment
