I had ordered from here and paid online.
The food never showed up and the driver even lied about calling and texting me.After checking and rechecking the details I rang the shop who said the driver had tried contacting me which was an obvious lie as I rang them from the number he supposedly tried ringing
I could of understood if there was an issue but being lied to is just ridiculous

Pizza was taking a while to deliver, over an hour and a half, because they couldn?t get a driver (they changed the driver four times) so we called to see if we could collect to make it easier.
We called about 10 times over 40 minutes and no one picked up the phone even once (we doubled checked and we did have the right number).
So one of us ended up driving over while one of us waited at home just encase it showed up.
It did and it was stone cold when we got it.
I would have preferred they cancelled due to no drivers rather than keep us waiting that long.
They never offered a refund or a discount.
I would like to say our delivery person was lovely and this is in no way a reflection on them, it?s all on the restaurant.

Over 1 and a half to deliver a pizza that turned up clay cold.
That's after a message saying the order was cancelled, a message on their website saying it had been delivered and two phone calls.

Ordered a pizza online at 5 p.m on a Tuesday. Followed it on the online tracker to the 'Cutting and boxing' bit and then nothing. Phoned 40 minutes later (1 hour in total so far) to be told it's on the way. A bit later, lukewarm pizza and sides. Well worth £30. No point in complaining as this isn't the first time and I don't want a free pizza. I JUST WANT IT DELIVERED HOT! Never again.

Waited over an hour for a delivery of 2 xxl Stuff crust pizzas, had to call to find out where they were. They arrived cold, the cheese was rubber, the dough was tough, they were just awful. We called immediately to complain and was promised more to be sent out, this didn't happen, so a further phone call was made. We were told there was nothing he could do because he he doesn't have enough Drivers. We asked for a refund so we could order elsewhere. He laughed at us and said he is sending another pizza, but doesnt know when, so we pointed out there is 4 of us and needed 2 pizzas, so we asked to speak to a manager? We were told there is no refund snd no manager. We will be contacting H/O customer services on Monday as we have never experienced such appalling service or communication. Stick with Domino's!
Edit... they have just del 1 small bbq pizza to replace 2 x xxl Stuff crust. We have now ordered elsewhere.

Ordered my food, it was running late so I called them to ask where it is, they said it's on the way so I go and wait outside.
10 minutes after it should've arrived I call the restaurant and ask where it is and they immediately reply "Your food has been stolen by the Uber driver." (I ordered on Just Eat) I asked them when they felt like notifying me my food was stolen and their reply was for me to go and complain on the delivery app I used. (ignoring my question)
Absolutely zero attempt to rectify the situation, or even notify me my food was "stolen" which I find highly unlikely as it was already late before it even left their restaurant.
