A joke of an experience here for my daughter who bought their tat in good faith then was treated extremely poorly when trying to return an item. Apparently this stuff is luxury, but for Goodness sake don?t even look at your ring funny or it?s gonna discolour. Management are aggressive and unhelpful.

Fantastic service today 30th june young lady went above and beyond my expectations with my lion king charm and bracelet I was so happy I ended up purchasing other items. Just fantastic all round service warranty and price. 5*

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. Alice asked us to move to the back of the queue despite us waiting 20 minutes. As international, we didn?t feel respected at all.

I was given a lovely gift set for mothers day and had a slight issue with the ring where the stone came away.
I took it back to store and there was a lovely lady called Laura who helped swap it over for me. She was really attentive and made sure that what I got was right and what I wanted as I'd also ordered the wrong size by mistake.
What a lovely member of staff. Working in retail I know how hard it can be at times and you can tell that she really loves her job. Well done Laura and Pandora York. ??

Went in to York store to purchase a snake bracelet and 2 charms. Was served by staff member/ manager(who has been named in previous negative reviews) who has put me off entering this shop again. Upon agreeing to my said bracelet she announced she'd ' just get me the safety chain' naively as she didn't make me aware I assumed this was standard and came with the bracelet, no its £35.00 which I didn't know until I came to pay. She also decided I would need 2 charm clasps to stop the charms from moving, these were £25.00 each and actually they are not needed as with this bracelet the charms don't move that much. I purchased the bracelet but have since returned the safety chain and charm clasps but unfortunately got served by her again, who tried to convince me I needed them and wasn't happy I was returning them. She tried to get me to consider another bracelet and smaller clasps. She needs to make customers aware of how much these additional items are and respect customers decisions when they return things especially those like in my opinion that were missold in the first place. I also asked about one of my other Pandora bangles which has become tarnished despite being cleaned using Pandora cleaning fluid. She decided it was my fault it was tarnished due to using perfume on my wrists- Something I don't do and wear this bangle as often as another that hadn't tarnished. The upshot was it was all my fault, no matter what I said it was still my fault!
Will not return to this shop again. Disappointed as was a big Pandora fan and if she is the manager/ supervisor she needs a lesson in customer service.

Went today to look at rings and the staff member already had a tray of rings out so I went over to look at some which she had out for another customer. Once she had finished with the other customer I asked if the rings could be left out so I could continue looking and she said no sorry and told me to go stand in a queuing area which was empty. I found her rude she could have asked another member of staff to assist me if she was busy not put the rings away as though I was going to run off with them. Lost a good customer was willing to spend up to £100. Won?t be returning!

Not sure if the store manager will see this but I wanted to make a special shout out to Melissa for outstanding service. We spoiled our daughter and got her a bracelet and charms for Christmas but unfortunately being autistic just a couple of little things weren't right for her amongst the whole thing (the bracelet size and the sizes of the charms) she was adamant it was different to what she'd seen online ? so I asked Melissa to go through the whole lot with her to make sure it was what she wanted and she kindly obliged. She showed patience, calmness and understanding. Changed a couple of items and resolved my daughter's problem. We now have a happy girl appreciative of her gift. Thanks Melissa we really appreciated you. Happy New year.

I went to this Pandora on 28 December! The reason i have rated it a 3 stars is because the place didn?t blow me away but didn?t disappoint either. When me and my mum walked in the door no staff member was there to greet you and show you where to go and you had to find out where to go yourself. As we knew what we wanted we stood in the queue (there was one person in front of us) and it took at the longest 30 seconds for a staff member to come and help us. The lady was very lovely and helpful and helped us purchase what we came for . We were then rushed over to pay and met another lovely lady who put through our payment. Overall, the customer service was amazing and the staff were friendly. One thing that disappointed me was the rush it felt like all the staff wanted you gone and had something better to do in their life (which they probably do). Also there were a certain two staff stood there just jingling and playing about with some charms while people were waiting in the line when they could have been jingling some charms about that someone ACTUALLY wanted ! I would visit this place again as overall it is a lovely place i 100% recommend!

Went to store on 23 oct with my grandaughter. One other customer in store. Two sales assistants . Both were fussing over the same customer. After 5 mins of being ignored i left without buying the charm i wanted. Very disappointed.

went in today with my best friend to buy matching charms and had the best experience with the staff. I?m a regular customer at Pandora and I have visited many branches however the staff at the York branch was very welcoming especially Melissa, she was accommodating, helped us out and our charms came out perfect thanks to her!! Thankyou too Millie and chaimaa aswell!
