One person was serving a customer. Another person was too busy cleaning when I walked in and carried on cleaning. No attempt to ask if I needed help. Waited a few mins then left. Not impressed at all

I went to this shop knowing what I wanted to buy - a 21 charm for my daughter?s birthday. The lady serving me kept trying to ask unnecessary questions even after I explained who it was for, stating it was a popular charm and others may purchase it too. I explained that I knew they wouldn?t but she was patronising, verging on unfriendly and abrupt. I won?t return to this store. I won?t name her but can see that others have in their reviews.

As others review, told to stand behind post whilst lady finished (slowly) fiddling with things and only then did she walk over to serve us. She then questioned our choice of charm until we insisted on that particular one. She disappeared for a while, came back into view, fiddled with some more things then deigned to walk back over to inform (no apology) us they didn?t have that one. Overall I felt there was a power and control thing going on and she didn?t seem bothered that people were leaving the shop because of being made to wait by fiddling staff! Some attention and a smile is not a lot to expect when wanting to spend your money. This is the second time this has happened in this shop and I will NOT be returning.

We went today to get a bracelet and charms for my daughter's 40th birthday. Molly, who served us was brilliant. Her product knowledge was amazing, I told her what sort of things we were wanting and she provided us with plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble. We can certainly recommend this store. I had the Worst experience with a Sales horrible lady called Alice!! By the way, I am a Pandora fan. Worst sales at Pandora ever!! Avoid ALICE.Horrible person.Yesterday, I went to the York branch, and had to deal with a very rude and arrogant, I think the branch manager or supervisor, called Alice!!She was the rudest and most arrogant member of Pandora I had to deal with during the last 10 years!! Not to mention RACIST! She had big smile on when dealing with British people.I went for an exchange of some items on Sale, which I bought last week. She not only talked to me rudely, she instructed the sales girl with me to only refund the items in boxes!!And items with reindeer ornament, she refused to refund or exchange, which was supposed to be a gift from Pandora, for customers who purchased worth of £99 & I didn't want at the first place!!!I felt so bad from her attitude, I had to leave the store unsatisfied and not wanting to enter that branch again.Her behaviour not only spoiled my day, she made me hate Pandora and never to give Pandora another visit.Then decided to return the spider man collection worth £260 with the gift ornament, just because of that arrogant racist lady.

Whilst on holiday in York I visited the store as I wanted to see 3 rings that caught my eye online.The young lady assisting us was so helpful, polite and accommodating.My mum was with me and ended up buying a ring and earrings for my birthday and Xmas and I treated myself to an additional pair of earrings as there was an offer of 3 for 2 on at the time.Beautifully laid out store and well positioned in the centre to get lots of passing trade. I'll be back next September when down in the area again.Thanks for a wonderful experience.
