Rude male staff member. Shop was quiet. Male staff member rolled his eyes as I asked him about purchasing another item. Would have walked out if it wasn't charity shop. Have been in and purchased from this shop so many times and it's been great. The male staff member working around midday on 3rd January should not be in customer service.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly - we came back to spend £120 but there was a blonde kapo who must have swallowed a wasp and treated us with total disdsin - so we didn?t bother.

I bought my wedding dress from here. They had a huge stock of modern dresses some of which were donated from designer shops unworn. The second hand ones were all in fantastic condition. They did also have some retro dresses. They had all kinds of accessories and shoes to try on with them and the volunteer helping us was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about all the dresses. There was a little aisle to wander down and me and my friends had a little dance to make sure the dresses were comfortable. I had better time here than at the designer shop I went to. I think I tried on 8 dresses but I had huge rail to look through. They also let me reserve the dress for 28 days after while I thought about it. Overall 10/10 and I've recommended it to other friends getting married.

I just had to say a massive Thank you to the amazingly, wonderful staff at the Goodramgate shop. I popped in today and although they were amazingly busy they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of gorgeous boots. Nothing was too much trouble, I?ve never had private shoppers until now! Thank you so much!

Excellent charity shop worth a browse. Plenty of choice to suit all tastes and ages.Bargains aplenty.Some gems available if you shop at the right time - I found and bought a 1950's train set in its box - amazing. Helpful and friendly staff.
