Good selection of beers although all mainly from their core range there was limited from their patrons project range or guest beers
Food not a described on the menu ordered nachos meant to come with avocado and burnt spring onion - but just came with standard salsa and not that great for the price

Serving individual slices, yet unable to sell full pizzas.
They will sell me six individual slices.

Had a lovely visit as a family to the new refectory on a Thursday afternoon, plenty of space, great beers (with good low & no alcohol options) and lovely interior.
Really family friendly too, with high chairs available and baby changing. One of the members of staff (we didn?t catch her name!) was making our 7 month old baby laugh and he was very sad to leave! That sort of service really made our visit so great, especially as taking a baby out and about can be hard work but they made it really enjoyable for us and for him.
Highly recommend the pizzas too, very tasty and huge!

Really disappointed - walked from Acomb into town to try out the new Northern monk bar (love their beers!) closed for a private function! No info on the website?!
