Great selection of stuff, store in nice and clean and lovely gentleman working there. Though the two white women sometimes working are foul things and undoubtedly the reason people are saying poor customer service.

Rubbish customer service, rude staff who don't know how to use the till system for parcels properly, the owner needs to decide whether it's a shop or a parcel collection point as the staff can't manage to multi task, or alternatively have more staff in.

Now the Nisa shop has been taken over by Premier and all quality brands have been taken off the shelves and replaced by Jack's, I will be shopping elsewhere ?

Nisa is my local shop so I go there practically once a week, just a few minutes ago I was there with my friend. My friend was considering buying something else so she put the item back and went to get the other item, the person at the till who shall not be named for privacy, started accusing my friend of putting the item in the wrong place, the person at the till didn't believe that she placed it in the correct place.

Personally didn't want to give it a one star! - extremely rude woman behind the till, laughed when I asked to pay by card because the card limit is £5, very inconvenient. Rude customer service and the stock it self isnt great anyway.
