Came for a click and collect could have had more signage that it was upstairs collection as I had to queue for ages to be told to go upstairs. But once I got the the collection point it was very quick and smooth to collect my parcel.

Good store, friendly staff.Visited today , furniture assistant, very busy, so after waiting for 20minutes, went over to the assistant and another customer, said sorry to interrupt but can you come over to me and my wife when you've finished with this customer.It was after another 15minutes, the assistant went off with the first customer to I believe was the till.10 minutes later we saw the assistant with another customer, I was livid, went to the till and asked for the manager, the person behind the till was not much use, explained again I wanted to complain to the manager.Suddenly the assistant came over to the till, said she was free, I told her the last time we saw her she was with another customer, oh I was only arranging for another member of staff to assist, I said why didn't you do that for us, or why didn't you explain what you were doing.We went to order 2 X Sofa's, came away annoyed and frustrated.

Visited Virgin travel who are based in this Next Home store. Brilliant service by a member of their staff called Chad. His advice and attention to detail went beyond the call of duty. Booked a holiday to New York. Would I recommend Virgin Travel? Absolutely
