New Look often comes through for me when I have tried everywhere else.
I found my perfect outfit for a wedding event and may go back there for shoes.
It is a pity that there aren't many New Looks around.

I go here whenever my daughter needs a school bag or in need of clothes. They have ?In fashion ? clothes as she calls it. ???? I think it?s a bit expensive but you get what you pay for! It?s great quality! The only reason it?s a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because of the fact they don?t have any wide fit shoes and my daughter never can get any and she is upset about that. Thank you new look!

I was disgusted with the way my query was handled in this store yesterday ! 2 young girls on the shop floor who couldn?t have made it any clearer that they didn?t want to be there !! Then the manager who went through the motions but was totally uninterested too ! I left without my query being resolved and was assured someone would phone me ? guess what .. NO PHONE CALL ?

I asked one of the staff if they still sell clothes for the larger lady. She told me that clothes in store go up to a size 22. Then she looked me up and down and said, but online we go up to a size 26-28. I was stocked that she said that, my reply was sorry love but am a size 20.

Clothing shop which is ideal for my daughter, however the dead spider that looked like the face hugger from Aliens doesn't instill any hope that this store is in anyway clean.
