Slowest Nandos I?ve ever come across ? also the wifi doesn?t work and there is no signal so not sure why they push you to us QR? staff is friendly and helpful though

Wait times on a Friday and Saturday evening are quite long, especially on match days at the nearby stadium. Mixed range of staff in that some or really polite and others look like they don?t want to be there. Food is great, same as most other Nando?s, loud music makes it difficult to have a conversation if you?re in a group
Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with no steps, tables are a little close making it difficult to navigate with wheelchairs, but great access to table for dining

We came for lunch today with our 2 year old and unfortunately our little boy decided to have a bit of a toddler meltdown. We decided to cut our visit short and get take away boxes due to not wanting to ruin the other people's eating experiences. However James (I think a manager) was amazing! He reassured us that we didn't have to go, offered colouring books etc.. and was very understanding of toddler behaviour. We still chose to leave and he made us a bag with everything we would need to finish our meals later. We've never experienced anyone so kind and understanding in the restaurant industry and really want to show our appreciation. So thank you James, you really are one in a million and we hope to come back again soon.

It is very difficult to make instore order by mobile device as the mobile signal is too weak. I have to go to the entrance area to capture the mobile signal. But, the food is good.

Whenever we are out and about, we look for one.

First time at Nandos. Staff were friendly, informative, smart looking and helpful. Online ordering was straight forward and easy to use. Food was hot (as in temperature not spicy as I went for medium spice) and tasty. Tried a couple of sauces too which I found very yummy. Garlic one was just enough of fire for me but hubby said it would be too much for him as he doesn't do spicy...?
